Sleeby.com was developed to primarly inform teens and youth organizations about Christian music. In the main stream music industry, the mention of Christian music generally receives negativity due to the misunderstanding of what Christian can offer. Many first thoughts of Christian music are of Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Sandy Patty etc. While there is nothing wrong with those vocalists, there are so many more artists in pop culture. The Christian music scene has progressed very much, and I would go as far to say that every main stream music style can be found within the Christian music scene. Teens need to be aware of what music is available and discern for themselves what they are listening to. Youth Groups are not being educated on alternatives to secular main stream music.

Sleeby.com strives to add awareness of those styles of music that adults generally find "unacceptable." We believe in ministering to people with the types of music they like. Sleeby.com focuses it's efforts on those music styles that are a little more aggressive than what you would find on your parents CD shelf. We have taken the difficulties out of researching different bands for you. Whether you are a youth pastor or just someone who likes to keep up on what's happening in the Christian music scene, this is your one stop shop for information.
